Q: What is the Sportal F1 Tipping competition? A: Sportal F1 Tipping is a FREE, fun and exciting interactive Tipping Predictor competition, the premise being simple. You'll get the opportunity to take on friends, colleagues and relatives in your very own private leagues to test your tipping prowess, by predicting results for 8 scenarios presented each round. With your single entry, you'll also be playing nationally against everyone else in the competition, as well as everyone from your state of origin.
Q: How many times can I enter? A: You may only register and enter each of the games ONCE. Anyone registered more than once in any one game at any stage of the competition may be disqualified as indicated in the official Game Rules and Terms of Use.
Q: I am currently not an Australian resident. Can I still enter and play? A: You are more than welcome to participate in the games, even if you're not a resident of Australia. However, only Australian residents may eligible to win prizes (if any are available). Please refer to the official Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q: How do I retrieve a lost password? A: Please click on the 'Lost password' link on the homepage to have your password sent to your registered email address.
Q: I've tried t retrieve my password, but I am still having problems logging in. A: If you don't receive your new password by email, it is then likely that you are either using an incorrect email address, or that something is wrong with your registration. If this is the case, please contact us, providing as much detail about your registration so that we can determine what may be at fault. Something that may be preventing you from logging in is if you have Cookies in your browser window turned off. You need to ensure that you have Cookies enabled in your browser of choice.
Q: I have a new email address. Can you change my login details? A: You can actually change your login details directly at the Sportal F1 Tipping web site. Simply login with your current details, and then click on the "PROFILE" button, which can be found in the main game menu near the top left of the screen. You can change your login email and/or password there.
Q: Can I change my Alias name? A: Yes, although only for a limited time prior to the start of competition. Your alias name is your unique identifier in the game and cannot be changed at latter stages of the competition.

Q: How I do create an office comp, or a group where I can compete against my friends? A: If you've been invited to join a group by a friend or relative, please use the information that was emailed to you to join that league. If not, you will be given the option to create your own league and invite other friends and relatives to join your league, on registration. You can be a part of up to five leagues.
Q: I've found out that all of my friends are in another league. How do I swap leagues so I can play against them? Can you move my entry for me? A: You can swap leagues on the League page by clicking on the 'CREATE/JOIN' (to join an additional league) or 'LEAVE' (leave your current league and join the new one) buttons and entering the desired League Code in the box provided on your league page, at any time.
Q: How do I enter a new public league? A: To enter a new public league, you will need to create one. In your Leagues page, simply click on the 'CREATE/JOIN' button and follow the instructions. That league will then be merged with other teams after the publishing of the next round's results.
Q: How do I leave a league? A: In your Leagues page, simply click on the 'LEAVE' button to leave a league. Please note, you must be in at least one league.
Q: Why can't I invite people into my league? A: If you have been invited into a Private League, then only the league's creator has the ability to invite more people into that league from their Leagues page.
Q: Can I remove people from my league? A: If you are a Private League creator, you will have the option to remove people from your league.
Q: Do I win a prize for coming first in my private/public league? A: No. Unfortunately due to the enormous amount of users/leagues in the competition, it is virtually impossible to organise and award prizes to winners in each league.
Q: Can I change the name of the league that I created? A: Your league name is a unique identifier in the game and can only be changed prior to your league's first round of play.
Q: The league that I was in is now different, or its name changed... Why? A: We may add entries, or merge leagues where they do not attract enough competitors. All care will be taken to ensure that all original entries that you had in your league will still be there, in addition to new ones. Your league name may therefore change based on these movements.
Q: I just joined. Why wasn't I added to a league, and where is the option to create one? A: Everyone who signs up for Sportal F1 Tipping will be a part of a league. Look for the "Leagues" link and button in the menu bar on the left to access your leagues.
Q. How do I view the rankings for this past round only? A. You can re-sort the rankings for any past round by simply selecting the desired round in the 'LATEST ROUND RANKINGS' menu above the rankings list. Use the 'SEASON LEADERBOARD' menu to view overall rankings up to any completed round. Select from the comprehensive options to view rankings for any of the overall or state of origin leagues.
